I paid for this app I need help. I have an old LG G6. A new motor 5G ace. I’ve tried several ways to move sms to new phone, SD, formatting new SD, Dropbox. Finally I was able to move the file to the moto with empty SD card and move the sms backup file to the local directory. I click restore from menu. ✔️ Phone. An error pops up so fast I cannot read it and it stops. Help.
