By downloading or using SMS Backup Print & Restore ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use our trademarks or intellectual property without written permission
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
All intellectual property rights in the App remain the property of Gil Shallem (GilApps).
Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features require a purchase or subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
Refund Policy
If the App is discontinued or access is terminated, no refunds will be issued for any purchases, subscriptions, or remaining usage time. By using the App, you acknowledge that Gil Shallem is not obligated to provide refunds under these circumstances. Refund requests for other reasons are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
App Updates and Discontinuation
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App or its services at any time, with or without notice. The App is currently supported on Android. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the App.
Upon discontinuation or termination:
- All rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end
- You must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device
Internet and Data Usage
Some features of the App require an internet connection. We are not responsible for limited functionality caused by lack of connectivity. If using the App outside your region, you may incur roaming or additional data charges. You are responsible for any such costs.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gil Shallem (GilApps) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services for certain functionality. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability, inaccuracy, or malfunction of third-party services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and take effect immediately. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
