Upgrading to Premium unlocks AudioMatch's full feature set — the AI Equalizer, Bass Boost, Sound Stage, Reverb, the Volume Leveler, Equal-Loudness, the High-Pass Filter, the Limiter, EQ bands 6–20 and the longer personalization programs. You can buy a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play. If you're having trouble purchasing or unlocking Premium, work through the steps below.
I get an error when I try to purchase
First, make sure you have a working internet connection. If the error continues, start a chat with our support team and we'll help with an alternative purchase method.
I paid, but Premium isn’t unlocked
Purchases are usually instant, but can occasionally take up to 24 hours to deliver. If Premium is still locked after that, try these steps.
- Check your connection — confirm Wi-Fi or mobile data is working (try loading a web page).
- Confirm the purchase went through — open the Google Play Store app › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & order history, and look for the AudioMatch purchase. If your payment was declined or is "pending", the upgrade won't unlock until it completes.
- Restart AudioMatch — fully close it from Recent apps and reopen.
- Restart your device — this often resolves pending in-app purchases.
- Update the Play Store and make sure your device's date & time are set automatically — both can block purchases.
If Premium is still locked after all of that, contact us through the support chat with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Reinstalling, or moving to a new device
Important: sign in with the same Google account you used to buy Premium. Your purchase is tied to that account, so installing the app while signed in to a different account will show it as not purchased. Switch accounts from the Play Store (profile picture › choose the account) and reinstall, and your Premium will be restored.
Subscription vs lifetime
- Yearly subscription — renews each year; manage or cancel any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
- Lifetime — a single one-time payment that unlocks Premium permanently on your account.
